Vibration Monitoring
3 Axis, Plug and Play Sensors using Wirepas® Network
Vibration sensors are installed either using a tapped hole in the side of your machinery or by glueing the sensor onto the side of the machine.
Multiple sensors can be located across your plant and are connected in a pass-through network to one gateway which is connected via wifi or cellular data connections.
Using a QR code, the sensors are registered to your account, and after 14 days of baseline monitoring, AI will start monitoring your equipment. Algorithms then determine the machine health and provide alerts and guidance on problems which can be detected up to 3 months before a failure.
Online analysis provides raw data, temperature profiles, RMS and FFT analysis. Up to 2 times a year you can also ask our experts to verify the machine condition and provide expertise in vibration analysis.
