  • WHY SHOULD I USE SMARTSPANNER RATHER THAN OTHER SYSTEMS?

Smartspanner has a fantastic user interface and is designed to be totally intuitive for all users. We believe you shouldn’t have to ask or think too much to know how to use the system and get things done quickly. It has been designed by a management team that wanted to create a maintenance solution for their own business, so it’s designed from the ground up based from the needs of an operating company.

  • WILL SMARTSPANNER WORK FOR MY COMPANY?

Can’t keep on top of preventative maintenance schedules because you are too busy firefighting? Lost some records from the last breakdown that would help solve a current issue? Getting lost in the complexity of recurring preventative maintenance and condition.

  • CAN YOU TAILOR THE APPLICATION TO MY PARTICULAR NEEDS?

Yes we love to hear from our clients with their ideas and industry requirements to improve the system. All registered users have a form to send us feedback and requests and all new features will be automatically available to all users of the system.

  • IS MY DATA SECURE?

Yes. Smartspanner uses a secure connection when you log in to encrypt the link between your PC or tablet and our servers. You can check this as with any website by looking for https:// in the address and the secure padlock logo on your browser.

  • CAN I USE SMARTSPANNER ON MY SMARTPHONE/TABLET?

Smartspanner is designed to be used on PC’s and Tablets. A smartphone version is in development and will be released shortly.

  • IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, WHAT HAPPENS TO THE DATA?

We can provide your data in xml or json. Just send us an email.

  • I DON’T HAVE A COMPANY CREDIT CARD, ARE THERE OTHER WAYS TO PAY?

At the moment we only accept credit card payment on the website, but we can arrange for an account to be set up and paid without a credit card. Please contact us for details.

  • WHERE CAN I GET AN INVOICE?

Just download it from your billing area.
